This reworked 1980s skirt turned halter top set is the perfect summer playsuit.  We adore the unique and vibrant pastel print!  The top is our classic 1930s style shoestring halter top.  It has adjustable ties on the lower back and at the neck with 1940s dead stock shoelaces.  The skirt has two button closures and side pockets.
